Kerak Telor


Ingredients:



100 g white glutinous rice, washed and soaked with water less than 2 hours
4 eggs duck
4 tablespoons fried onions
4 tablespoons serundeng
4 pieces chili pepper, thinly sliced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
4 tablespoons dried shrimp powder

How to make kerak telor
 
1.      First, prepare a charcoal fire from the stove, then dry pan (all cooked without oil, so for the anti-cholesterol, these snacks may be considered). The trick is to input an already soaked glutinous rice into the pan, wait until boiling.


2.    Second input spices like serundeng (toasted grated coconut), fried onions and then mix it with boiled rice until blended


 3.  Third input egg, duck egg or egg can chicken. Then stir again until smooth and cook until dry


 4.   Fourth, after a bit behind the pan becomes dry down. No need to fear falling into the crust the egg coals, because sticking with frying pan.


 

5.     Fifth and kerak telor ready  to serve.
